Bank virtual accounts (VA) are unique deposit codes issued by musimqq for each of the four major Indonesian banks: BCA, Mandiri, BRI, and BNI. When you select a bank deposit method, our system generates a 16-digit VA code specific to your musimqq account. You then log into your personal bank account (via mobile banking or web), add this VA as a new recipient, and initiate a transfer. The bank processes the transfer within 1–2 hours during business hours (08:00–17:00 on weekdays). Once the bank confirms the payment on their backend, our system automatically detects the incoming amount and credits your musimqq balance within subject to verification.

Bank VA deposits have no upper limit beyond your personal bank's daily transfer cap — most individual accounts allow transfers in the range of 10 million to 100+ million IDR per day. This makes bank transfers ideal for larger deposits. We then initiate a transfer to your account; settlement typically takes 2–4 hours on weekdays and up to 24 hours on weekends or public holidays (e.g., Idul Fitri, Imlek, Nyepi). Some banks also impose a daily or monthly withdrawal limit on individual accounts; if your musimqq payout exceeds your personal bank limit, the bank rejects it and we return the funds to your musimqq balance within 24 hours.

Fees, limits and verification

musimqq does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its side. All nine payment methods (DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, QRIS, BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI) are free to use for our players. Resolving a stalled transaction

Stalled transactions are rare but can occur due to network timeouts, payment provider outages, or account-level holds. Our technical team will investigate with the payment provider to locate the funds. In most cases, we either credit your musimqq account manually or process a refund to your original account within 24 hours. If the transaction never left your account (i.e., your e-wallet or bank statement shows no debit), the payment provider rejected it. Common rejection reasons: insufficient balance, exceeded daily limit, account suspension, or network timeout. Most rejections are temporary; retry after a few minutes or check your e-wallet or bank app for any alerts or security flags that need to be resolved first.

For withdrawal delays, typical settlement times are subject to verification for e-wallets and 2–4 hours for banks. If your withdrawal has not appeared in your bank or e-wallet account after these windows, and we confirm the withdrawal was processed from our end, contact your payment provider to check for any holds or security flags. If the e-wallet or bank has flagged the transaction for fraud review, you may need to verify your identity with them directly. Once the provider clears the hold, the funds are released. If a withdrawal is rejected by the provider (e.g., due to account closure or frozen status), we reverse it and return the balance to your musimqq account within 24 hours. You can then update your withdrawal details and resubmit to a different account or payment method.
